Went here today for the first time after playing some disc golf. I was looking for something healthy and that I could grab quickly, and Blend did exactly that! Lots of options here food wise, I got the power bowl which was amazing. I saw someone get a wrap that was HUGE and easily shareable for two. Excited to come back here and try something else!

Love Blend and welcome to Rock Hill!! I’ve tried a salad and wrap and smoothie and all were so delicious and the staff is very friendly. The Greek chicken is good in anything and they have both built (suggested) options on the board or build you own salads, bowls, wraps, and sandwiches!
